"Blamed for It" is a thriller about a Mexican-American pastor who invites a police chief, a white man, to speak on racial tensions at his Latino parish. During the parish meeting, a sniper shoots the chief through a window. Blame falls on the pastor, whose good intentions have misfired and whose reputation is smeared. He has to find the killer and redeem himself.
