Pp. 132-151, "Die Vertreibung der Psychoanalyse, " describe the Anschluss in Vienna, plundering of Jewish property, terrorization of Jews, and the desperate attempts to flee. States that the American and British psychoanalytic associations were not eager to give affidavits to their endangered colleagues in Vienna, but individuals associated with the movement succeeded in aiding all members of the Vienna Society who had to emigrate.
